In regards to considering whether there has been any change to his condition, it is important to ask him how he is doing or whether there has been any significant changes in his condition. Lastly, the crucial aspect is to determine the lessons that one learns from the evidence recorded, all the positive and negative things recorded, the processes carried out and the changes that are brought about in each and every step.
